Class will be approx. 45 minutes. Please arrive on time (a few early) ready to get started. Workout clothes, sneakers, socks, water etc.

There will not be childcare in the facility. Moms, you are welcome to work out something in the mom/ childcare chat channel.
Attendance will be taken via photo at the end of each class, and you will be billed $5 per class at the end of the month based on what you attended that month.
